Evolutionary-Simulative Methodology in the Management of Social and Economic Systems

The article outlines the main provisions of the evolutionary-simulative methodology (ESM) which is a methodology of mathematical modeling of equilibrium random processes (CPR), widely used in the economy. It discusses the basic directions of use of ESM solutions for social problems and economic management systems.
