The conditions for the formation of an information model for ensuring transport activities in the context of digitalization and the digital transformation of the transport industry are considered. It is shown that the development of information support will allow switching to transport from information systems that perform a passive function and information support for management, to active, predictive management systems based on increasing the degree of use of available information and its verification.
