A study of specific absorption rate (SAR) estimation techniques for mobile services

Mobile phone device became one of the most important devices in our life, usually, we feel incomplete without it, this device has many multiple uses, mobile companies manufacturers give some specifications with their new phones, one of them is specific absorption rate (SAR), this paper research will be a useful guidance for the users of mobile phones carefully how to buy and use this device, according to the specifications given by the manufacturer and the results given in this paper to be safety from the electromagnetic (EM) wave radiation during his/her dialing and call as given in the results, this research is a comparative study between most of those mobile devices that are used nowadays, it focuses on the mobile devices that had less EM radiation effect on human, depending on some practical tests as shown in the results, it is a helpful attempt for the mobile users the lowest EM radiation effect mobile device, also, this work shows the techniques to calculate and estimate SAR for mobile devices
