Artificial Intelligence (AI) has gained momentum in the healthcare sector, helping to solve the important challenges such as disease diagnosis, treatment planning, drug discovery, and patient management. Although previous work has investigated AI applications in particular medical areas, the actual practice is far behind. By creating an AI-based model that supports the medical domain through improving diagnostic accuracy, promoting ethical AI applications, and streamlining the healthcare process, this study thus reduces a gap between theory and practice. The advanced deep learning models, real-time analytics, and bias-free decision-making formed by the proposed system offer improvements in medical imaging, personalized medicine, and automated reporting. Additionally, this study encompasses explainable AI to improve trust in healthcare providers and patients. These findings contribute in the evolution of AI-powered healthcare, seamlessly providing a scalable system that is transparent and efficient efficiently providing a system. In conclusion, this study positions AI as a transformational technology for advancing modern medicine and addressing global health care problems.
