Leadership and Human Values to Make the Change in the Right Direction in the Modern Service Oriented Society

My experiences as a practitioner have shown me that appropriate leadership methods that are built considering traditional human values are a key cornerstone for success in the modern service-oriented society. This paper will review, with real management experiences, the usage of these methods and its results.
